By purchasing any product from Budding Empire (operated by Axe Cap Holdings LLC), you (“Customer,” “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or access any products.

Budding Empire sells digital educational products including online courses, research documents, directories, and related materials (“Products”). All Products are delivered digitally.

Product Tiers:

• —The Blueprint™ — Educational course ($997)
• —The Method™ — Advanced course with templates and tools ($2,497)
• —The Empire Directory™ — Complete system with verified directory ($4,997)

All Products are for educational and informational purposes only.

The information provided does NOT constitute:

• —A guarantee of any specific outcome

We make no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money, or any money at all, by using our Products. Your results will depend on many factors including but not limited to: your effort, business acumen, market conditions, regulatory environment, capital available, and execution quality.

One-Time Payments

Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Access is granted upon successful payment processing.

Payment Plans

If you select a payment plan option:

• —All installments are due and payable regardless of whether you continue to access the Product.
• —Enrolling in a payment plan creates an obligation to pay the full purchase price.
• —Failure to complete all scheduled payments may result in suspension of access to course materials, referral to collections, and reporting to credit agencies where permitted by law.
• —You may not cancel a payment plan to avoid remaining payments.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe via Stan Store. Axe Cap Holdings LLC does not store your payment information.

All sales are final. No refunds.

Due to the digital nature of our Products, all purchases are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• —You are purchasing access to digital educational content
• —You understand the nature of the product before purchasing
• —You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or payment reversal

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your access will be immediately revoked and we reserve the right to pursue the full amount owed plus any fees incurred.

All Products, including but not limited to course content, research data, directories, templates, scripts, and materials, are the intellectual property of Axe Cap Holdings LLC and are protected by copyright law.

You may NOT:

• —Redistribute, resell, or share any Product materials
• —Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works
• —Upload materials to any public or shared platform
• —Use materials for any commercial purpose other than your own cannabis brand education

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and statutory damages under the Copyright Act.

While we make reasonable efforts to verify all information in our Products (including directory listings, contact information, regulatory data, and market statistics), we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information.

Cannabis regulations, business contacts, market conditions, and licensing requirements change frequently. You must independently verify all information before relying on it for business decisions.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information in our Products.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXE CAP HOLDINGS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• —Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• —Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• —Any damages arising from your use of or reliance on our Products
• —Any damages exceeding the total amount you paid for the Product

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axe Cap Holdings LLC from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• —Your use of our Products
• —Your violation of these Terms
• —Your violation of any law or regulation
• —Any business activities you undertake based on information from our Products

• —Cannabis remains federally illegal in the United States as of the date of these Terms, though rescheduling to Schedule III is in progress.
• —Our Products discuss business models that operate within state-legal cannabis frameworks.
• —We do not encourage, facilitate, or assist in any activity that violates federal or state law.
• —You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all cannabis laws in your jurisdiction.
• —Licensing requirements, fees, and regulations referenced in our Products may have changed since publication.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued access to Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
